چکیده
Among the modern oncological therapies, one of most promising is based on tumor hyperthermia with magnetic nanoparticles resulting from crystallization iron and cobalt oxides. We synthesized core–shell perchlorate-CoxFe3−xO4 (x = 0; 0.5; 1.0) via co-precipitation method stabilized them in aqueous suspensions. Fine granulation dispersed ferrophase was revealed by Transmission Electron Microscopy Dynamical Light Scattering, FTIR data detailing surface-interaction phenomena. X-ray diffractometry specific features inverse spinel lattice, providing crystallite size lattice parameters dependent content. The results Vibrating Sample Magnetometry investigations indicated that doping has reduced core increased nanoparticle dimension, which could be result defects at surface related to presence ions. A mathematical model applied a focus quantitative description temperature distribution around nanoparticles. Further development our research will consider new ferrite contents different organic coatings contribute their biocompatibility stability suspensions, as required administration living organisms.

Physiological Remediation of Cobalt Ferrite Nanoparticles by Ferritin
Metallic nanoparticles have been increasingly suggested as prospective therapeutic nanoplatforms, yet their long-term fate and cellular processing in the body is poorly understood. Here we examined the role of an endogenous iron storage protein - namely the ferritin - in the remediation of biodegradable cobalt ferrite magnetic nanoparticles. Structural and elemental analysis of ferritins close ...
